3. You acknowledge and agree that you must be of legal age to purchase any of our products or services available on this Website.

4. By submitting an order and/or payment, you are acknowledging that you have read and understood these terms and conditions. You are also agreeing to be legally bound by these terms and conditions, which form the entire agreement between you (the Client) and Bytrix Technologies.

Defined Terminologies

The term "Website" refers to all pages and content featured on Bytrix Technologies.

The terms “Customers” “Clients” “You” or “User” denotes you or any other individual placing an order with Bytrix Technologies on your behalf.

The terms "Company," "We," and "Our" refers to Bytrix Technologies, a company registered under the laws of the State.

The term "Product or Services” refer to all services and products provided by Bytrix Technologies to customer in accordance with their order.

The term "Order" means an order via phone or e-mail made by customer to purchase services or products provided by Bytrix Technologies. Orders are confirmed by down payments via check, credit card, cash receipt, bank wire transfer, Western Union, or PayPal transfer.

Our Services

Users are required to carefully go through the Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy of Bytrix Technologies prior to using this website. By using our website, you acknowledge your agreement to the said Terms and regulations. If you do not agree with any guidelines, you can refrain from using this website.

Returns

Bytrix Technologies does not accept any returns on fulfilled orders due to the nature of the service we provide. If any modifications are required, users are requested to provide feedback and highlight the changes, which may include but are not limited to modifications in website design, content, or feature.

3.1 Refunds for late deliveries will not be catered if the delay is caused by a fault at the client’s end.

3.2 All cases of refunds will be settled with a mutual agreement between the client and the company.

3.3 In certain cases, partial refunds may be rewarded. The client may also be rewarded a refund in the form of a future discount to avail of the company’s services.

Revisions

Bytrix Technologies extends revisions to clients to ensure maximum satisfaction. Our revision policy ensures the work is revised in case the delivered outcome does not meet the requirements, as specified at the placement of the order. In such cases, our teams will begin an extensive internal review and either revise or recreate the work at no additional cost.

Clients are requested to communicate with their assigned project manager to place a revision request. Bytrix Technologies will only cater to revisions for active and ongoing projects that are in the ‘Waiting for Customer Approval’ stage. Revision requests placed after the project conclusion will not be catered.

Revision requests for modifications that were not communicated by the client at the time of order placement may come with additional charges.

1. Change of Mind

Before Instating Work on the Project: The client can submit a claim for a refund before our teams initiate any work on the process. Clients are liable to a refund only if a written email refund request is submitted within one business day after the order placement.

After Instating Work on the Project: All refund claims made after the project is started will only be catered to if the client has availed of at least three revisions. In such cases, the client will only be partially refunded to fairly compensate our internal teams.

2. Inadequate Delivery

Bytrix Technologies is dedicated to offering clients revisions to ensure that the delivery of the work meets all the discussed goals. We assign, reassign and rewrite your work to ensure complete satisfaction. We welcome our clients to provide feedback on all the work, which is then accommodated to meet the client’s set demands. In the rare and unfortunate case, we are unable to meet your requirements, the 50% refund will be processed after 2 months. However, this policy is only applicable in cases where the delivery is completely off the mark. This shall be agreed upon mutually by the company and the client.

It is important to note that the refund request will only be accepted if the client has requested at least three revisions - in documented form and has communicated their concerns to Bytrix Technologies support/project management team on at least three occasions over a span of two weeks.

3. Late Delivery

Bytrix Technologies certifies On-time deliveries in all cases. However, if, for any unforeseen or unfortunate reason, the project is not delivered on time, and the client has made at least three attempts to contact the service, 50% of the refund will be processed- provided the client submits documented evidence that the late delivery was due to a fault at the company’s end.

3.1 Refunds for late deliveries will not be catered if the delay is caused by a fault at the client’s end.

3.2 All cases of refunds will be settled with a mutual agreement between the client and the company.

3.3 In certain cases, partial refunds may be rewarded. The client may also be rewarded a refund in the form of a future discount to avail of the company’s services.

4. Ineligibility of Refund Claims

Clients are not liable to claim refunds in the following cases:

4.1 Late or delayed delivery due to a minor error or technicality, including but not limited to changes in design, content placement, and modification in the used images or animation.

4.2 Bytrix Technologies will not be liable for refunds in case of a delay from the client’s end.

4.3 Refunds will not be issued on the basis of a change of mind.

4.4 Refunds will not be accepted if the client has not submitted a concern.

4.5 Refunds will not be accepted if the delays occur due to the client’s addition of new requirements or any other outrageous demands that were not communicated at the time of order placement.

4.6 No refund claim is accepted for tips.

Refund Time Frame

5.1 All refunds will be processed after 2 months following the written approval of the refund request by Bytrix Technologies.

5.2 Bytrix Technologies will not be responsible for the bank fee, processing time, or any delays courtesy of the bank.

5.3 Please note the refund request will only be accepted if the client has shared concerns with the company at least three times- in written form, over the span of two weeks and has not received a response from the company.

Unclaimed Balance

In case the refund is rewarded in the form of a discount, we encourage you to claim the positive balance within two months of the refund compensation. We reserve the right to restore the balance following this period, with the exclusion of exceptional cases.
